Compensation: $70,000 to 80,000 (salary)

1. Nursing Home Visit Program (Psychiatric)
2. Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP)
3. Psychiatric Inpatient Hospital Unit (10-Bed)

Description:

Under the leadership of the Chief Administrative and Chief Operating Officers, this position provides direction and oversight of the Behavioral Health Services provided by Riceland Healthcare. The position requires an individual with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with vision, initiative, strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a record of making a decisive impact. The Director of Behavioral Health is high visibility, high impact, leadership role. The Director will lead and orchestrate the development, supervision, and evaluation of all services pertaining to mental, behavioral, and psychiatric care. The Behavioral Health Director is responsible for coordinating activities of the Behavioral Health Unit working with the medical staff, promoting the collaboration of nursing, administration, and the medical staff for optimal program development, improved market share, and excellent patient outcomes. This Director works with other members of the Riceland leadership team to achieve the goals of the organization and department. The position is responsible for budgeting and monitoring all personnel, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree preferred
• minimum of five years Behavioral Health Experience
• Three years of Leadership Experience preferred
