Customer Support Representative job opening

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our corporate office team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providers, and internal staff, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Riceland Healthcare services, appointments, billing, and general queries.
  • Assist patients and providers with troubleshooting issues related to healthcare portals, scheduling, or documentation.
  • Document and track all customer interactions in the system for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn healthcare software systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

$11.00 – $14.00 per hour
